William Maxwell, B.S. in Education - Physical Sciences, Oregon
State University; Ed.M., Ed.D., Harvard University. Former dean of
schools of education at North Carolina State University, California
State University, Fresno; Advanced Teacher Training College, Port
Harcourt, Nigeria; Texas Southern University in Houston; and at the
University of the South Pacific, Suva, Fiji. He is the author of
several journal articles and books. His most recent
book, co-authored with his late wife, is
SuperParenting: Child
Rearing for the New Millennium. His book, T
hinking: The
Expanding Frontier is on the recommended reading list at the
Harvard Graduate School of Education. He is the Professor of Thinking
Emeritus at the University of Advancing Technology, Tempe, Arizona and
vice president of the Leonardo da Vinci Society for the Study of
Thinking.

Gent
Likaj: Gent graduated from the Agricultural University of Tirana in
Economics and Agrarian Policy and is now pursuing a master's degree in
European Economic Studies in the Faculty of Economics at the University
of Tirana. He also has studied Information Technology (IT) and Volunteer
Service Management. Gent participated a three-week training course for
150
outstanding high school students from the Balkans financed by the
Council of Europe.
